I'm your instructor and the founder of the Osteopathic Reflexology Approach® (AKA Fascial Reflexology Approach®).
Osteopathic Reflexology Approach® (AKA Fascial Reflexology Approach®) is an accredited course by the Complementary Health Professionals in the UK.
My specialty is releasing fascia throughout the entire body from the extremities. I teach reflexologists and other fascia enthusiasts in various countries. My techniques are unique worldwide. Some of the most notorious ones are the intra-osseous fascia release techniques, the “fascial twister” unwinding techniques, and the periosteum release techniques.

As the field of fasciology (the study of the fascial system) evolves, so must all the manual therapies.
New information implies rethinking everything and adapting to the NEW PARADIGM. When you touch a body, it is irrelevant which manual therapy or technique you use - you are always interacting with the fascial system. From skin to inside bone, there will be fascia everywhere. Fascia penetrates all structures. Fascia is our organ of health. It is in charge of maintaining our integrity. Fascia is the one and only organ capable of making sure that the entire machine (our body) functions in an integrated and well-connected manner every fraction of a second.
Understanding the fascial system is a drive to come up with new techniques for a better and faster result on our clients.

Meet Your Instructor
About Florence Cohen
Florence is French, she lives in beautiful Segovia in Spain. Her Osteopathic/Fascial Reflexology®, Tensegrity Touch™ (fascial release), and Hypnotherapy practice is located in Madrid.
She has lived in many countries, speaks several languages, has an economics degree and an MBA, is driven by helping others and finding new, more effective ways to improve the human condition. She´s an explorer at heart. She had to overcome many very difficult health problems in the past. So, she knows, she knows exactly what unbearable pain is all about, she knows what it´s like to fight adversity, the despair, the fear, and the loneliness one can feel in those situations. Helping others, she thinks, is always the best therapy. She´s the founder of the Osteopathic Reflexology Approach® (AKA Fascial Reflexology Approach®) which is an accredited course by the Complementary Health Professionals in the UK.
Florence trained in reflexology with Hagar Basis, Anthony Porter, and Dwight Byers. She trained for years in osteopathic concepts (but does not have a degree in osteopathy) with D.O. Marie Maurel, French osteopathy professor active in Madrid. She trained in the revolutionary fascial release techniques known as Tensegrity Touch™ (techniques created by Dr. Fernando Bertolucci from Brazil, a world renowned and published scientist on the topic of fascia and pandiculation). She assisted Dr. Bertolucci in class for 5 years while representing his training in Spain in order to learn as much as possible from him. She successfully presented her unique intra-osseous fascial release techniques at the Fascia Research Summer School in 2016 organized by Dr. Robert Schleip, one of the most famous names in the world of fascia.
Florence has taught in person Osteopathic/Fascial Reflexology® in several countries: Spain, Argentina, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, and Italy.
